At Westminster Abbey I enjoy the serenity of the cloisters where, for centuries, the monks worked, studied and lived. I took this picture standing in the cloisters, gazing through the intricate ironwork at the gothic abbey windows.

The verse reads:

Bless this house with thy happiness and love.
Touch the windows with thy light;
Be our comfort in the night.
Bless this door that opens wide
To strangers as to kin,
May all of those who come inside,
Find the peace of God within.
