As I was taking an early morning walk around the Sea of Galilee, I captured the image of a lone fisherman and the sun rise. The Sea of Galilee is actually a lake that Israelis call Lake Kinneret, meaning a harp, because of its shape. It is no ordinary lake because it holds a central place in the hearts of Christians around the world. It is the land of Jesus. He lived in this area, his disciples were its fishermen, and many of his miracles were performed around its shores.
The verse reads:
"Come, follow me,” Jesus said, “and I will make you fishers of men.”
